- Subscription Period: Subscriptions on our Website are purchased for a full year (12 months) from the purchase date. If a customer chooses to cancel before the end of the subscription period, any refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription.
Cancellation and Refund Terms

Subscription Cancellation: A customer may cancel their subscription at any time. Please note that once the subscription is canceled, all digital cards created under the plan will be permanently deleted from the system.

Refund Processing Time: Once the cancellation request is received, the Website has up to 14 business days to issue the refund to the payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
