Welcome to our website. We offer our clients a variety of annual subscription packages that allow for the creation and management of digital business cards. Subject to the terms outlined below, clients wishing to cancel their subscription and request a refund may do so under the following conditions:
Subscription Period
Subscription Duration: Subscriptions are purchased for a full year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued proportionally based on the unused portion of the subscription period if the client chooses to cancel before the end of the term.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation: A client may cancel their subscription at any time. Please note that once the subscription is canceled, all digital business cards created under that package will be permanently deleted from the system.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the annual subscription. The refund will be based on the time remaining from the date of the cancellation request until the original expiration date of the subscription.
Cancellation and Refund Request Process
Submitting a Request: Clients who wish to cancel their subscription and request a refund must do so via the “Contact Us” page on the website or by contacting the site owner directly.
Refund Timeline: From the moment the cancellation request is received, the site has up to 14 business days to process the refund to the original payment method used by the client.
Miscellaneous
Policy Changes: The website reserves the right to change the refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
